QUICK FACTS
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Merchandise purchased between November 23, 2018, and December 15, 2018 may be exchanged or returned until January15, 2019.
OVERVIEW
- Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped
- Shipping Fees & Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email
- Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery
- Signature is required on all shipments above $50
- To track your order, visit your MyLV account or shipping confirmation email
- No Duties, No Fees on your order. The final total of your order as visible on the review page of the order checkout is your total inclusive of all taxes and duties. You are not responsible for any additional duties.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
STANDARD
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Delivery Timing: 2-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
- Exceptions:
- If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Standard service is not available to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon
- Remote addresses may require additional delivery time
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
EXPRESS
- Fee: $15 CAD for all orders under $3,000 CAD | Complimentary for orders $3,000 and above
- Delivery Timing: Please allow 1-4 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
- Exceptions:
- If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- Remote addresses may require additional delivery time
- Fragrance purchases are only able to ship standard delivery due to special handling
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
MON MONOGRAM, MON DAMIER GRAPHITE & MY LV WORLD TOUR PRODUCTS
- Fee: Complimentary Standard Shipping
- Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 8 weeks for bags and small leather goods and 12 weeks for rolling luggage for delivery from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
- Exceptions: Express delivery is not available. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
FRAGRANCE
- Please allow an additional day of processing for all bottle engraving orders
- Fragrance purchases are only able to ship standard delivery due to special handling
COLLECT IN STORE
Have your order delivered to the store of your choice, now available in select Louis Vuitton stores
- Fee: Complimentary for all orders
- Delivery Timing: Collect in Store orders placed by 12pm (ET) Monday – Friday, will be delivered to the store of your choice in 2-4 business days
- Exceptions: Collect in Store orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
HOW TO COLLECT IN STORE
- Notification: You will receive an email and text message confirmation notification when your order is ready to be collected from the store
- Collecting yourself you need:
- Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
- Government issued photo identification
- Confirmation email
- Representative needs:
- Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
- Purchaser’s government issued photo identification
- Representative’s government issued photo identification
- Confirmation email
- Ready-to-Wear Item: If you are picking up a Ready-to-Wear item, please note not all Louis Vuitton locations offer fitting rooms and alterations. Please check our STORE LOCATOR for a list of stores that sell Ready-to-Wear
- If you do not collect your order: Your order will be available in-store for 30 days. If not collected, it will be sent back and your original method of payment will be refunded (except personalized and Mon Monogram and Mon Damier Graphite items)
SIGNATURES REQUIRED
Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type.
The above processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on ca.louisvuitton.com; Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices reflect Canadian currency. The final total of your order as visible on the Review page of the order checkout is your total inclusive of all taxes and duties. You are not responsible for any additional duties. All orders will be shipped with UPS.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
1. Visit your My LV account: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account & receive a pre-paid shipping label by email within 24 hours
2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt
3. Put the shipping label on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box
4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location

- In store: Online purchases can be exchanged in all stores. PayPal purchases can be exchanged at all free-standing stores
