Discover the selection from this Summer 2015 shoe collection, shot by Roe Ethridge.

This season, the inspirations ranged from graphic shapes and shiny accessories for trendy looks, to subtle work on natural materials and fabrics for more of a relaxed style.

The Flat Loafer is a revamp of the iconic Oxford loafer, declined in a rich version thanks to the amazing patchwork of sequins and jewel-like beads on the upper part of the shoe. We find a similar patchwork of jewels on the Sneakers Boots as well as the Sandal with its heel inspired from the FW14 Show.

New York based photographer Roe Ethridge captured the essence of this collection through the prism of the Artful Jewel theme.

An extract from the Siren Call article in LV THE BOOK, Louis Vuitton's new print magazine.

It was Louis Vuitton’s first ever Cruise fashion show. A flowing presentation, in the shadow of Monaco’s famous Rock, for a collection in a state of grace.

A first! Last May, Louis Vuitton presented its debut Cruise catwalk show. It was in the legendary Principality of Monaco that Nicolas Ghesquière unveiled his collection, under the patronage of Her Serene Highness Princess Charlene. Also in attendance were Charlotte Gainsbourg, Jennifer Connelly, and the young actress Adèle Exarchopoulos, who formed a sparkling trio of front-row stars.

The Louis Vuitton Cruise Collection 2015 was photographed by Juergen Teller at the Paris Headquarters and on location in Monaco.

“This Cruise collection goes off the beaten track, explores transformation in clothing. Somehow still, these clothes remain associated with the idea of everyday attire. Always with a timesless will.” These words taken from the Cruise 2015 lookbook, allude to the avid and intemporal casual quality to the collection which was presented earlier this year in the South of France.

It was Nicolas Ghesquière's first Cruise collection as Artistic Director of Louis Vuitton women's collections. The choice to present it on the French Riviera recalls the origins of the Louis Vuitton legend on the Côte d'Azur where the art of travel and luxury were first united.
