- Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped

Delivery Timing: 2-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
Exceptions:
- - If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
- - Standard service is not available to Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon
- - Remote addresses may require additional delivery time
- - Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
EXPRESS
- Fee: $15 CAD for all orders under $3,000 CAD | Complimentary for orders $3,000 and above
- Delivery Timing: Please allow 2-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
- Exceptions:
  - - If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
  - - Remote addresses may require additional delivery time
  - - Fragrance purchases are only able to ship standard delivery due to special handling
