    • Fee: $15 CAD for all orders under $3,000 CAD | Complimentary for orders $3,000 and above
    • Delivery Timing: Please allow 2-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email

      • - If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
      • - Remote addresses may require additional delivery time

    FRAGRANCE ENGRAVING

    Please allow an additional day of processing for all bottle engraving orders

    Fragrance purchases are only able to ship standard delivery due to special handling

    Signatures Required

    Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 CAD regardless of service type.

    1. Register your return online or contact client services: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account
    2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt
    3. Put the shipping label on your package: : Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box
    4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location
