Signatures Required

Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 CAD regardless of service type.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores [except Holt Renfrew].

RETURNS

1. Register your return online or contact client services: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account.
2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
3. Put the shipping label on your package: : Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
4. Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.
