Cologne Perfume Collection

Continuing a creative dialogue with LA-based artist Alex Israel, Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud draws inspiration from the region’s vibrant landscapes to compose Louis Vuitton’s Cologne Perfumes. The collection is enhanced by a limited-edition Woody Wagon housing all six Colognes — inspired by an unforgettable road trip across California.

Infusing the day with an invigorating burst of California-inspired aromas, each Cologne recounts a unique story. From the melodic Sun Song fragrance — evoking the sensation of sun-kissed skin through a harmony of orange blossom and soft musk notes — to Afternoon Swim’s contrasting wave of freshness and the uplifting warmth of California Dream, inspired by a balmy summer sunset.

An ode to the vibrancy of the West Coast, the collection illuminates singular aspects of the Californian lifestyle through distinct olfactory melodies. Capturing the vitality of nature, Pacific Chill detoxes the senses with refreshing blackcurrant and lemon notes, while On the Beach awakens the joyful exhilaration of being by the sea and City of Stars channels a nocturnal fantasy in the heart of Los Angeles.

Requiring over 7,000 hours of craftsmanship and produced in a limited edition of 66 pieces — a nod to the mythical Route 66 — the Colognes Woody Wagon celebrates one of the most recognizable icons of the American West Coast. The result of a creative synergy between the House and artist Alex Israel, the sculptural object sets off on an immersive California escape with the six Colognes, where art, design, and perfume converge.

Designed in close collaboration with artist Alex Israel, a series of innovative Travel Cases journey across the West Coast with three emblematic Colognes: Afternoon Swim, Sun Song, and California Dream. With vibrant gradient hues that capture California’s brilliant light and in a limited edition of 100, the translucent resin cases are distinctive homages to the art of travel.
