Louis Vuitton offers a unique painting service only for hard-sided Monogram or Damier Canvas luggage. This service is free of charge and can be requested in any Louis Vuitton store.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores (except Holt Renfrew and Saks Fifth Avenue).
Merchandise purchased at a leased department store may only be refunded at any same leased department store with a Louis Vuitton store; merchandise purchased at a freestanding store may only be refunded at a freestanding store; exchanges are only permitted at the same leased department store or freestanding stores for equal or greater value (except exchanges are not accepted at Holt Renfrew department stores).
At this time, we are offering curbside returns and exchanges at our Toronto and Yorkdale freestanding stores only.
RETURNS
- Register your return online or contact Client Services: Register your return online by connecting to your My LV account or emailing Client Services at canadaeng@contact.louisvuitton.com.
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt.
- Put the shipping label on your package: Cover old address labels with the prepaid label located in the plastic pochette attached to the outside of the package. Securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
- Deliver your package to UPS: Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location.

- Our Client Advisors will offer you the following return options:
- Receive via email a UPS pre-paid shipping label to facilitate the complimentary return of your product. Remove any outer labels prior to affixing the UPS return label and securely seal your package before dropping it off at any UPS store or UPS pick-up location.
- Should you choose not to use the provided label and ship via a different carrier, please ship to the address indicated on the voucher. In this case, Louis Vuitton is not responsible for packages lost in transit and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Complete the Return Voucher you received and kindly include it in your package, along with the original or gift receipt.
- Products purchased online can also be returned at any free standing Louis Vuitton store.
