How do I ship my online return?

  • Louis Vuitton offers complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned item(s) must be in perfect, sellable condition and include the original packaging and documentation.
  • Returns or exchanges of watches or jewelry must include the original packaging, instruction leaflet (with warranty certificate), and any applicable product certificates (e.g., COSC, GIA).
  • Beauty products must be unused and in original packaging with accompanying accessories, and perfume packaging must remain sealed for return or exchange.
  • Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores (except Holt Renfrew and Saks Fifth Avenue).
  • PayPal purchases may only be returned or exchanged via our online store.
  • Please note, online returns may take up to 14 business days to process once the order has been received.

 

For Online and Client Services Orders

Please follow the steps below to return your item(s):

1) Register Your Return

Log in to your My LV account to register your return online, or contact Client Services for assistance.

2) Prepare Your Package
Place your item(s) in the original packaging, along with the receipt and any accompanying documents.

3) Label Your Package
Use the pre-paid return label included in your order. Ensure any previous shipping labels are covered, and seal the package securely using the adhesive strip on the box.

4. Drop Off Your Return
Take your package to any UPS store or drop-off location.

  • If you choose not to use the provided pre-paid label and instead ship via a different carrier, please send your return to the address indicated on your return voucher.
  • Louis Vuitton is not responsible for lost packages, and shipping fees will not be reimbursed in such cases.

 

Store Returns

Alternatively, you may return your item(s) at any free-standing Louis Vuitton store (except Holt Renfrew and Saks Fifth Avenue).

  • Merchandise purchased at a Louis Vuitton leased department store may only be refunded at another Louis Vuitton location within a leased department store.
  • Merchandise purchased at a Louis Vuitton freestanding store may only be refunded at another freestanding store.
  • Exchanges may be completed at the original leased department store or at any freestanding store, for items of equal or greater value.
