How do I return and ship my online order?

Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in stores (except Holt Renfrew and Saks Fifth Avenue).

Merchandise purchased at a leased department store may only be refunded at any same leased department store with a Louis Vuitton store; merchandise purchased at a freestanding store may only be refunded at a freestanding store; exchanges are only permitted at the same leased department store or freestanding stores for equal or greater value (except exchanges are not accepted at Holt Renfrew department stores).

At this time, we are offering curbside returns and exchanges at our Toronto and Yorkdale freestanding stores only.

ONLINE RETURN PROCESS
Please note, online returns may take up to 14 business days to process once the order has been received. 

1. Register your return Online by connecting to your MyLV AccountEmailing Client Services at canadaeng@contact.louisvuitton.com 2. Prepare your package Place your item in its original packagingOriginal receipt must be included  3. Put the shipping label on your package Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by emailSecurely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box. 4. Deliver your package to UPS  Drop your package off at any UPS store or pick-up location Should you choose not to use the provided label and ship via a different carrier, please ship to the address indicated on the voucher. In this case, Louis Vuitton is not responsible for packages lost in transit and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Products purchased online can also be returned at any free-standing Louis Vuitton store.
