Repairs can be requested online with the LV App or in person at a Louis Vuitton store. Please allow our artisans up to 6 weeks for your repair.
- For App Repairs: Book an appointment with a Care Expert or fill out a repair request right in the LV app. You will consult with one of our Care Expert via video call, phone call, or email, then ship your item with a complimentary UPS shipping label. You can also check the status of your repair through the app.
- For In-Store Repairs: All Louis Vuitton stores offer repair services. Our client advisors will be able to give you an assessment and the related cost for any repairs needed. Find a store near you using our Store Locator.
