What shipping options are available?
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Shipping fees and timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
- Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.
- Signature required for items over $500. Please note that for items $500 or under, a signature may still be required at the carrier's discretion.
- No duties, no fees on your order. The final total of your order, as displayed on the review page of the order checkout, is your total inclusive of all taxes and duties. You are not responsible for any additional duties
TRACK YOUR ORDER
- Click on your order tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or go to the My Orders page in your MyLV account.
- Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
- All delivery standards and tracking begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
Fee: $35 for orders under $3,500 | Complimentary for orders $3,500 and above.
Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 12pm ET on Thursday should arrive the following Saturday. If an order is placed after this time, it will be processed the following business day. Cutoff times may vary slightly depending on the sourcing location.
Exceptions:
- Orders placed after the cutoff or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Some postal codes are not available for this service.
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Fee: $35 for orders under $3,500 | Complimentary for all orders $3,500 and above.
Delivery Timing: Please allow 2-5 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Exceptions:
- If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.
- Remote addresses may require additional delivery time.
- Fragrance purchases are only able to ship standard delivery due to special handling.
STANDARD DELIVERY
This delivery option has less carbon emissions than Air Delivery.
Fee: Complimentary for all orders.
Delivery Timing: 2-9 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Exceptions:
- If a Standard Delivery order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday.
- Standard Delivery service is not available to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon.
- Remote addresses may require additional delivery time.
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.
COLLECT-IN-STORE
Have your order delivered to the store of your choice, now available in select Louis Vuitton stores.
Fee: Complimentary for all orders.
Delivery Timing: Collect-in-Store orders placed by 12pm (ET) Monday - Friday, will be delivered to the store of your choice in 1-5 business days for in-stock items.
Exceptions:
- Collect-in-Store orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.
HOW TO COLLECT-IN-STORE
You will receive an email and text message when your order is ready to be collected from the store.
Collecting yourself, you need:
- Original method of payment, PayPal or Apple Pay confirmation.
- Government-issued photo identification.
- Confirmation email.
Representative needs:
- Original method of payment, PayPal or Apple Pay confirmation.
- Purchaser’s government-issued photo identification.
- Representative’s government-issued photo identification.
- Confirmation email.
Beauty Products:
- If you are picking up a beauty item, please note that not all Louis Vuitton store locations offer this assortment for in-store try-on or consultations.

Ready-to-Wear Item:
- If you are picking up a Ready-to-Wear item, please note that not all Louis Vuitton locations offer fitting rooms and alterations.
- Please check our Store Locator for a list of stores that sell Ready-to-Wear.
If you do not collect your order:
- Your order will be available in-store for 14 days.
- If not collected, it will be sent back, and your original method of payment will be refunded, except personalized items, hot-stamped products, personalized sneakers, engraved products, and Made-to-Order items.
PERSONALIZED SNEAKERS
Fee: Complimentary Standard Delivery.
Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 9 weeks for personalized sneakers for delivery from the time you receive the order confirmation email.
Exceptions:
- Express Delivery and Saturday Delivery are not available.
- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.
FRAGRANCE ENGRAVING
- Please allow an additional business day of processing for all fragrance engraving orders.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
- Signature required for items over $500.
- Please note that for items $500 or under, a signature may still be required at the carrier's discretion.
- The above processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on ca.louisvuitton.com.
- Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order.
